Rosemary Tea

Need a pick-me up to help you focus on your afternoon tasks? Pour yourself a cup of Rosemary tea!

Rosemary has an affinity for the head and can help our memory and focus. It’s also why you see it in shampoos - it can make your hair grow strong!

It’s also known to uplift the spirit, which is another reason why I love it this time of year. When daylight wanes, we need things that smell like Christmas and boost our immune systems with extra vitamin C.

Pour hot water into a mug with 1-2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary. Let steep a few minutes and enjoy! If you like it sweet, add a teaspoon of honey once the tea has cooled a bit.

Make sure the water is hot but not boiling. Boiling water will destroy some of the essential oils that make Rosemary extra special and a powerful herb in your Fall wellness toolkit.

“There's rosemary, that's for remembrance; pray, love, remember;” said Shakespeare in Hamlet.
