10-day Fall Ayurveda Reset

Oct. 24 - Nov. 3, 2024

Rejuvenate, restore and reset your health.

Do you love the Fall but dread the darkness?

Are you feeling sluggish, hungry at odd times or generally out of sorts?

Give your body a chance to heal itself.

Join the Fall Ayurveda Reset Thursday, October 24 - Sunday, November 3, 2024.

10 days to reset your digestive system and your health.

  • Invigorate your natural energy levels

  • Improve digestion and mental focus

  • Recharge your immune system for Fall and Winter

Offered on a sliding scale $129 - $249.

An Ayurvedic reset is a whole-body reset.

It’s great to do a couple times a year, and Fall is an ideal time.

You get better results when you restore your nervous system with Ayurvedic self-care practices, like tongue scraping, self-massage with oil, and spacing out meals.

Increase the impact by joining our community. It’s fun, and we learn from each other through sharing our experiences, discoveries and challenges.

This is a deeply rejuvenative program.

You will be preparing and eating lots of delicious, nourishing food. You’ll also be giving your body space to properly digest and detoxify.

This program is not about restricting your diet, though it is possible you release some long-held habits and you may lose some extra weight.

This program is intended to restore your body, mind and spirit in ways that help you heal yourself.

Choosing your pricing tier:

Enrolling at the Supporter or Sustainer Rate means that you directly support my ability to offer a lower rate to people in the community who are managing serious financial difficulties.

Not sure which pricing tier is most appropriate for you? Check out this helpful graphic by Alexis J Cunningfolk: The Green Bottle: Where You Fall On The Sliding Scale.

I created this sliding scale pricing to help make my offerings more accessible to those suffering financial hardship or those who hold marginalized identities. I will not turn anyone away due to financial need. Please email me directly to discuss payment plans and alternatives if this still feels out of reach.

“The experience of slowing down, focusing on warm, nourishing meals, and then giving myself time to digest was a totally new thing for me.”

-Elaine Gast Fawcett

The #1 question I get about seasonal resets:

What’s the food like?

An Ayurvedic reset centers around warm, cooked nourishing meals full of tasty digestive spices and seasonal ingredients. Think ginger, coriander, butternut squash, beets, and carrots.

Sound delicious? It’s meant to be. Food should always be tasty and well-spiced in order to promote proper digestion. During the reset program, you’ll learn more about the importance of including the six tastes into every meal, as well as spacing out mealtimes to facilitate proper digestion.

So how is a reset different than everyday eating? During a reset you give your digestive system a break for a few days by eating a smaller variety of simple, easy-to-digest meals for the sake of allowing your body to eliminate accumulated ama, or undigested gunk.

Here’s a sample daily menu you might choose during the Fall Reset:

Pre-breakfast
Hot water with lemon
Cooked apple with clove

Breakfast
Breakfast Kitchari with Wild Rice and Sweet Potato
Fall CCF Tea (Cardamom, Coriander & Fennel)

Lunch
Emilie’s Cleansing Carrot Kitchari with Ginger Pickled Beets
Fall Detox Tea

Dinner
Emilie’s Cleansing Carrot Kitchari
Ginger Lime Pickle
Fall CCF Tea

Kitchari is an Ayurvedic staple. It’s a complete meal of rice, beans, and spices.

It’s like the chicken soup of Indian cooking. It’s great when you’re not feeling well, or want something nourishing and simple to digest. Try it anytime you want a mini reset for your digestive system.

Since every body is different, there’s lots of flexibility and freedom in the reset to choose the foods and meals that work best for you. You don’t have to eat kitchari if you don’t want to. I’ll be there to help you customize and troubleshoot along the way.
