Even if you look forward to Spring, the transition out of many months of cold, Winter weather can be challenging. Early into the Spring season, you may already feel your body has different needs and desires.

In this 2-hour online workshop, learn how can you ease into a new routine that supports you physically, mentally and emotionally.

Discover how the wisdom of Ayurveda and your own innate wisdom can help you choose exercise, seasonal foods, and self-care practices during this time of year. 

You'll also be guided through an experience of garshana, or Ayurvedic dry-brushing, as well as a kapha-balancing yoga practice. Leave with a stronger sense of how you want to move forward into the new season.

Includes yoga, meditation, recipes, discussion, and connection time with fellow peers.

Recommended props/supplies:

  • journal

  • old washcloth (one that's not super soft)

  • yoga mat or space to practice

  • cushion and/or blanket for comfort

  • mug for hot water and/or tea
