Wait for the answer. It may come as a feeling.

Sometimes feelings are hard to put into words.

Sit with the feeling for a moment until you know what you need.

It might be
- a moment to yourself
- a nap later
- to call a friend
- to simplify your to-do list
- a warm cup of tea
- something else?

Pinky swear with yourself to give yourself this thing today.
